15-Minute Timer
The HL200 also has a 15-minute smart-timer to automatically shut the machine off after the desired time for more consistent results and greater efficiency in your commercial kitchen. With automatic time recall, this mixer remembers the last time set for each speed–a great solution to better efficiency and consistency across multiple batches of the same product. Large and easy-to-reach controls allow for simple operation, making sure that even your newest employees can quickly learn the ropes.
Single Point Bowl
The HL200 also has single point bowl installation for simple placement and removal and an ergonomic swing-out bowl for easy loading and unloading of product.
